The following information is for the newly admitted students/parents attention.
1. The School will be sending communication to all parents through Trackidon Portal. Kindly download the app "Trackidon" (Purple icon) from Google Playstore / AppStore.
2. School code to be typed in “SSCSSS”. User ID - Registered Mobile Number of the parent (Father's or Mother’s Mobile number given at the time of admission). Password - sunshine@123(all lower case).
3. After logging in, you can change your password.
4. If you have any trouble logging in you can send mail to admin@sunshineschool.in. For technical queries you may send mail to support@trackidon.com.
5. Parents can also use web browser to access the Trackidon portal by using the link http://sunshineparent.trackidon.com and follow the same procedure stated above.
6. Each student will receive RFID cards once the school reopens. Students entry and exit shall be notified as SMS.
7. We are currently facing issues in sending SMS due to new TRAI regulations. So kindly download the app without fail and follow the Notification tab on regular basis for updates from the school.
